Configuration LifeGuard (hereinafter referred to as the "SOFTWARE"), is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. You must not remove or alter any copyright notices on all copies of the SOFTWARE or any of its components. It is explicitly prohibited to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the SOFTWARE, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation. The SOFTWARE is owned and copyrighted by Visual Fantasy. Your license confers no title or ownership in the SOFTWARE and should not be construed as a transfer of any right in the SOFTWARE. The SOFTWARE is licensed to you, not owned by you. Without prejudice to any other rights, Visual Fantasy may terminate your license if you fail to comply with its terms and conditions. In such event, you must destroy and stop using all copies of the SOFTWARE.
You are hereby licensed to freely use and evaluate the SOFTWARE for 45 days after which period you are required to register if you want to continue using the SOFTWARE (purchasing a single user license, a site license or a world-wide license, accordingly) or to remove it from your computer. The SOFTWARE is provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose. The entire risk arising out of the use of or inability to use the SOFTWARE remains with the user. In no event shall Visual Fantasy or anyone else who has been involved in the creation or delivery of the SOFTWARE be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, demands for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, reasonable attorneys' fees, or any other pecuniary claim) arising out of the use of or inability to use the SOFTWARE, even if Visual Fantasy has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
The self-extracting executable installation file of the SOFTWARE may be copied and distributed without any limitations and by any media in its original unmodified state. No prior consent from Visual Fantasy is necessary.
By installing, copying, or otherwise using the SOFTWARE you are agreeing to the above terms. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the SOFTWARE.
